Description
Manatee e-NVH software comes with a flexible modeler of e-machine magnetic circuit geometries, which includes Squirrel Cage Induction Machines (SCIM).
A complete set of slot parametric templates is provided to quickly define the magnetic circuit geometry, which allows to perform parameter sweeps on the lamination shape input variables.
Special slot geometries can be defined using slot .dxf import.
As for other AC machines, the winding pattern can be automatically defined using star of slot method. Predefined templates or user-defined geometries of rotor or stator ventilation ducts, notches and skew are also available for SCIM machines.
